Getting there!

There are 3 phases to Marine boot camp. Daniel has completed phase 1! His letters are positive and mostly upbeat. I'm sure he's getting a little tired of it all by now, so please keep him covered in your prayers. If you are interested in dropping him a line of encouragement, let me know and I'll be happy to give you his address. He's probably getting a little bored with the letters from his mom :o0

I look over pictures from the last 2-3 yrs and wonder where the time has gone??? So this is it, huh? You raise them for 18 yrs, pour your heart and soul into doing the best you can and then "Poof!" Suddenly they're just gone and moved on into their own life...leaves me feeling, strange. Not bad, not happy...just strange.
